All orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via Australia Post Standard service at standard Australia Post fees.

Delivery can take between 3 - 7 business days within metro are and additional time for regional locations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Please provide correct information as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

Australia Post is a trusted service and, as such, Luna Blu Collection will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
